My Financial Situation
I always pay my debt and currently am not behind in any payments, my bank won't consolidate my debt as I moved to perth 2 years ago and didn't inform my bank of my new address. As such I missed a payment on my visa by $11 and because they had no way of contacting me I received a default on my credit rating. Their policy is not to give any loans to anyone who has had a default in the past 5 years (i am not in default as I have paid the debt in question but it takes 5 years before it erases from your record) so I can not consolidate my loan through any regular financial institutions. I am a very responsible person in a bad situation, I will get out of this soon enough even without a consolidated loan, but getting this will give me a little quality of life back.
