My Financial Situation
Well my rent is subsidised by the department of housing,its called a special assistance subsidy so instead of paying $270 a week (which is the full cost of my unit) i pay $124.40 (a week) and the department of housing pay the rest.I am definitely capable of repaying this loan and i am more than capable of keeping up with loan repayments.I also do some ebay selling for extra money too.I can provide my income statement from centrelink and because im on a pension there is no way my payment can be breached or suspended ,so the money is guaranteed to be in my account every fortnight.I also do not own a car so i dont have to worry about that as an expense.I also am a non smoker and non drinker.I dont go out much anymore usually just visit friends or rent a dvd i also have no debt whatsoever,no credit card repayments loans etc...
