My bank is fine with my ability to pay for the home loan, but my deposit is not big enough. I had been saving for a while but now the owner of the house I am renting wants to sell, and I'd rather buy and pay off my own place instead of having to move and be locked into another lease. I have a permanent position in the public service and will have no problem repaying this loan and my home payments as well. I have a small personal loan but no credit or store cards.
