I'm in a part 9 debt agreement which is the only bad thing on my credit history (as far as i know), the only reason i went in to the part 9 debt agreement was to consolidate debt and did not realise at the time it was going to make a black mark on my credit file and make it hard to obtain loans, I didn't go in to the part 9 because i was finding it hard to make payment on my debts is was only to consolidate, so I would be able to pay this loan back because I'm in a high paying job which is full time and I'm the type of person to all ways make my monthly payments and pay my debt back. I just need someone to give me a chance.
