Although I have no credit history and am a young business owner, I have budgeted for a loan that can be paid back from my full-time salary alone. By doing this, any money I make from the business venture that I am looking for funds for simply supplements my cashflow, and in turn gives me an even greater ability to make my payments, and pay back more money on top of them. I have a budget that allows me to pay $500 a month back from a loan comfortably, and then make additional payments from a percentage of the income my small business accrues. With that being said, I intend to have this loan finalised within a 24 month time frame, depending on the interest rate. I do not own any real estate, however, I do not have any credit cards, loans, debts, mortgages, car loans or otherwise to pay either.
