My Financial Situation
Currently employed at Project Home Inc. since Dec. 2001 a non profit weatherization agency that provides services to lower income households
We own and manage 8 units (4 duplexes)in Madison, WI
But we are selling them all at the end of the month yay!!! (Too much workload with a 2 year old lol)
I had a credit score in the mid 700's 8 months ago but due to debt incurred from a LLC that me and my partner started up 3 years ago we are currently filing bankruptcy on the LLC. but because of collections they have also appeared on my personal report and ruined my personal credit scores as well.
I've had numerous loans auto and personal and have always paid them back in a timely manner, but because of my LLC's debt and the current financial crisis I'm finding it impossible to get a loan for a used auto, even though GMAC approved me for a new auto loan, imagine that!
I have some money in savings and hope to get a grand for my current car as a trade in. I'm a good person who has gotten screwed by my tenants many a time and have made the decision that I'm too nice to be a property manager!
