My Financial Situation
I currently meet my loan and credit card repayments without difficulty. I pay my rent and bills on time and have never defaulted. I am on a steady, full time income and have been with my current employer for 5 years (as of Feb 2010). In my current financial situation, while I am not overstretched, I do not have much money left to put into savings or extra repayments and a lending-hub style loan will enable me to pay off my debts faster and consolidating the balances for a single repayment will also allow me to start putting savings aside.
