With both a personal income and business income, it is simply a matter of planning cashflow for a swift repayment schedule. The business receives a stable and minimum profit of $2500/month. Personally I receive a MINIMUM of $1800 income/month. Although I do have a business investor with $5625 repayment due end of March, the business profit will cover 87% of both this proposed $3000 loan and that repayment. Effectively, I only need to come up with 13 % or $1125 from my personal income to repay this proposed loan within that same 3 months. From a MINIMUM quarterly income of $5400 with no rent and only expenses being food / entertainment this equates to 21% of my income. I welcome all enquiries.
